Established in 1984 by Elainna Sachire, Coyote Vision Group has been adapting to the current environment and capitalizing on the opportunities presented by the collision repair market.
Positioning the Coyote Vision Group and what it represents through new measurement techniques and analytics comparisons differentiates the membership and fuels the journey to becoming the Top Performing Collision Repair Group for over 40 years.
“Being part of the Coyote Vision Group has been a blessing to our company and our culture. Coyote Vision Group is comprised of the top Collision operators in the United States and Canada, and it’s competing through friendly rivalry amongst giants in the industry: the best of the best. The magic of collaboration and shared experiences has been a game changer for Collision 1, and we wouldn’t be able to compete at the high caliber level we are at today. When I joined Coyote Vision Group in early 2020, we were coming off of our strongest year in sales in over 40 years of business, including profitability. This past year of 2023, our sales had organically increased by over 50% over those several years since joining, and we were awarded Shop of the Year for CVGII. We learn valuable lessons from each other and encourage consistent improvement through accountability and integrity. That alone has been the game changer and catalyst for our high performance and the high performance of every other member of the group. It doesn’t matter if you’re an independent operator or a regional multi-store operation; there are always things to learn at any level. What I have gained from Coyote is how to maximize opportunities and compete at the highest level. I would encourage anyone looking to streamline their organization, GROW, and take their business to the next level to look into Coyote Vision Group.” ”
